Meet the Cross-Regional from the Hatfield Futures Project!
Names: Nabila Khan (Tigard), Jodell Musgrove (Paisley)
Topic: The Future of Housing Affordability
Why is participating in the Hatfield Futures Project a priority for you?
- Nabila: Not only do I think it's crucial to advocate for public problems, but I also think it's crucial to emphasize what's going on in our community and collaborate with others around me to help the situation. The Hatfield Futures project reigns as an amazing opportunity to do exactly that.
- Jodell: I want the Oregon community and people in power to see the importance of prioritizing the quality and fair market of technology as it becomes increasingly prevalent in our society and environment.
How do you like to express yourself?
- Nabila: I express myself best through expressive poetry and public speaking. My voice is my instrument, and my words are my art.
- Jodell:
I make comedic edits of random content online, I make music in a newer ported version of a program from nearly 30 years ago, I spend time building practical prototype ideas for cost effective and quality consumer electronics... I like creating things.
